ClearCorrect is a tooth straightening system available through your dentist or orthodontist where you wear a series of clear, plastic aligners that gradually shift your teeth. To get started, your dentist will take X-rays and impressions of your teeth to determine whether you are a good candidate for ClearCorrect.
Aligners are custom-made at the ClearCorrect headquarters in Texas, and sent to your dentist. Each set of aligners is worn 22 hours per day. They are removeable for eating and drinking (anything other than cold water), so you never have to worry about food restrictions or getting food stuck in your braces.
No one will know you’re wearing ClearCorrect aligners unless you tell them. They are completely clear and virtually undetectable. Most people see a difference in their teeth after a few months. Each ClearCorrect plan is created for an individual smile and depends on your goals – treatment time can range from several months to two years or more. Each set of aligners is typically worn for two to three weeks. Your dentist will let you know when it’s time to change to the next set. When your treatment is complete, ClearCorrect offers clear and discrete retainers to keep your teeth from moving again!
