In about 45 minutes, we will customize your aligners by taking a digital impression of your teeth in their current state, a complimentary panoramic x-ray, and photos of your bite and smile. Your information is sent to the SureSmile® lab here in the US where a board certified Orthodontist reviews and creates a specialized treatment especially for you in only a week!

We will schedule you the next week for another completely FREE visit to review the final results you can expect with your SureSmile® treatment. During this visit we will show you a digital representation of your exact teeth and the movement you can expect with every new set of aligners as well as the finished result and expected time frame. If you are happy with the expected results we have 2 payment options to offer within your expected treatment timeframe. Remember, both of these visits are completely FREE, no strings attached!

Should you choose to move forward with your customized SureSmile® Aligner treatment, expected delivery of your first tray is only 1-2 weeks! Dr. Binder will review all the instructions with you so you have a clear understanding of how to use them properly for the best and quickest results possible. Your treatment is done in phases, and Dr. Binder will monitor your progress monthly. Treatment may take only a few months or longer depending on the current state of your smile. Regardless of treatment length, patients typically see noticeable results within just a few months!
